1. Firstly make sure you have your Calendars area open in Outlook.
2. In the navigation pane, select 'Open calendar'.
3. Under 'Import calendar', select 'From internet/web'.
4. Copy and paste the URL below into the textbox to subscribe.

How do I subscribe using Google Calendar?

1. To subscribe to our calendar using your Google account, firstly head to calendar.google.com.
2. Under ‘Other calendars’, click the + button.
3. Select ‘Subscribe to calendar’.
4. Under 'Add Calendar', type in schoolcalendar@thenational.academy and then hit enter on your keyboard. This should subscribe you instantly.
5. If the above doesn't work, you can instead try subscribing using the below URL. Of the options on the left, select ‘From URL’.
6. Copy and paste the URL into the textbox to subscribe.

To subscribe on your desktop

1. Open the Calendars app.
2. Click 'File', and then 'New Calendar Subscription...'.

1. Open your Settings.
2. Click through to 'Calendar' and click through to 'Accounts'.
3. Click 'Add Account' and then 'Other'.
4. Choose 'Add Subscribed Calendar'.

6. Check your settings and rename if necessary before clicking 'Save'.
7. You can now view events in your Calendar app. Make sure to select 'Show All Notes' when viewing events so you can see all the details for each event.
