With a clear, step-by-step approach, pupils are guided through each section so they know exactly what is needed for a lesson and can easily track their own progress. Every national curriculum lesson from KS1 - 4 that is available in your [teacher area](https://www.thenational.academy/) is also available in our pupil area. Pupils will be taken through a lesson by giving them an introduction in a lesson overview page, a downloadable worksheet, a prior knowledge starter quiz, a lesson video and an assessment exit quiz. Results of the lesson can be shared with you afterwards. Please note: Our[EYFS](https://www.thenational.academy/teachers/eyfs/maths) content is only available in the [teacher area](https://www.thenational.academy/). #### Lesson overview page On the lesson overview page pupils will see which activities are included in a lesson. Most lessons will include an introduction, a starter and/or an exit quiz and a lesson video. Pupils submit answers one at a time so they can get immediate feedback as they work through the quiz. A hint button is available in case pupils need some extra information to be able to answer the question. Their final score will be shown on the lesson overview page. #### Lesson video Typically, a video will include lesson objectives, questions to ensure understanding and various practice tasks with prompts to pause and start the video. Pupils can submit answers one at a time so they can get immediate feedback as they work through the quiz. A hint button is available in case pupils need some extra information to be able to answer the question. Their final score will be shown on the lesson overview page. #### Lesson review page  Once all activities in the lesson have been completed, pupils will be taken to the lesson review page showing everything has been completed and quiz scores achieved. ### Sharing lessons with pupils to complete It only takes seconds to select and send resources such as videos, worksheets and quizzes to your pupils to complete outside of the classroom. ![Position of Share activities with pupils button on a lesson page](https://support.thenational.academy/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base/Integrated%20journey%2026/share-lesson-with-pupils-ij.png?width=670&height=320&name=share-lesson-with-pupils-ij.png) Click on the 'Share lessons with pupils' button on a lesson page to view the ‘pupil view’ of the lesson. ![Share you lesson screen including Hide year group option](https://support.thenational.academy/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base/Article%20images/Share%20you%20lesson%20screen%20including%20Hide%20year%20group%20option.png?width=670&height=544&name=Share%20you%20lesson%20screen%20including%20Hide%20year%20group%20option.png) You can easily customise the lesson resources, choosing to share them in their entirety or part of a lesson ensuring the learning is personalised and relevant. Pupils can then complete the activities in class or at home.   Also, choose whether to show or hide the year group of the lesson. This can help when pupils are working on lessons from a different year group, for example, to catch up, to revisit earlier learning or to stretch themselves, so they can focus on the learning rather than the year label.  ![Ways to share lesson activities with pupils - Copy link, Share via Microsoft Teams, Share via Google Classroom.](https://support.thenational.academy/hs-fs/hubfs/share_with_pupils_ways_to_sahre_example.png?width=670&height=169&name=share_with_pupils_ways_to_sahre_example.png)  Once you have decided what to share you can share via:  - 'Copy link' to share directly with colleagues or with your classes - 'Google Classroom' or 'Microsoft Teams' to post lesson resources directly to your VLE ### How pupils can share lesson results  Pupils can now share lesson results with their teacher to help assess pupils' progress and identify areas where they may need further support.  How it works: - Pupils complete a lesson in our [pupil area](https://www.thenational.academy/pupils).  - The quizzes are automatically marked and pupils are shown a final score with a breakdown available if needed.  ![Pupil area lesson results page called Lesson review](https://support.thenational.academy/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Images/Pupil%20area%20lesson%20results.png?width=670&height=624&name=Pupil%20area%20lesson%20results.png) - Pupils can then share results directly to Google Classroom or Microsoft Teams, or copy a unique link to email you or upload to your school’s VLE. ![Pupil area share options, Printable results and Copy link](https://support.thenational.academy/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Images/Pupil%20area%20share%20options.png?width=328&height=113&name=Pupil%20area%20share%20options.png) - Teachers are able to see a breakdown of the pupil's answers by question, the final score, whether they downloaded the worksheet and how much of the video they watched.
